Superbowl Menu's
Share yours! I am trying to come up with new ideas.. we host every year and we usually host NYE too, so I and running out of ways to change it up!
we usually choose from:
spinach dip
reuben dip
nachos
sliders
mini-reubens
home-made potatoes skins
fried ravioli
wings
buffalo chicken dip
pulled pork
chicken/spinach wrapped in bacon
parm crusted chicken nuggets
clam dip
mini paninis
buffalo chicken sliders
usuall chips, dip, salso

I am going to make:
-buffalo chicken wing dip with tostito chips
-subs (probably turkey and cheese with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles)
-cabbage salad
and we usually have sausage and peppers but since I am making subs we are not doing that this year.
you already listed almost everything but i will repeat some, these are always a hit:
-chicken wings
-pizza
-sliders
-spinach and artichoke dip
-queso
-salsa
-guacamole
-onion dip
-stuffed mushrooms
-olive tapenade on bread
-bruschetta
-baked potatoes with the works
-french fries
-nachos with the works
-vegetable platter
-chicken skewers with different dipping sauces like peanut or bbq
-ribs

Ok, you asked for it. We serve courses by quarters:
1st Quarter:
Spinach artichoke dip
Chili cheese dip
Cheese and crackers
Baked brie
veggie platter
wings
pigs in a blanket
mini quiches
potato puff
Chips
Maybe honey mustard chicken bites this year
2nd quarter:
Stromboli
Ham and swiss roll
3rd quarter:
Hero
Potato salad
Macaroni salad
Baked Beans
Coleslaw
Pulled pork sliders
Maybe sausage and peppers this year too
4th Quarter:
Dessert
Coffee

love it.. they all tell me i make too much food as it is Laura! LOL Its funny, cause its hard enought getting them to leave the tv and grab some food off the dining room food display... I don't think I could convince them to do it 4 times!!! I try to leave half the food on the coffee table for that reason!!!!

See that's where your mistake is. My apps are ALWAYS on the coffee table, and so is the 2nd quarter meal. Then we rest during half time. 3rd Quarter meal is put out on the dining room table, so people take and then go back to the tv. Luckily, you know it's not far from the dining room to the tv at my house  Then dessert is also served at the coffee table.
