Re: Surgery today.
Thanks everyone. Home resting. Surgery was delayed due to emergency which was fine but I was starving!!!! And I'm officially up 20 pounds since last year. Awesome
They did find adhesions and scar tissue like my dr thought so they removed it all. I'm happy they did fins something -not serious but something bc maybe this is why embryos weren't implanting. I'm mad that this could've been done last year if my old practice was more thorough but not going to dwell.
My SO was so great. I know this is tough on him too. I forget that at times....
Now next step is healing, SO needs bloodwork and SAto confirm he's good and then we begin again in January...
It's going fast but this was a much needed break...

Re: Surgery today.
Yeay! Glad all is well! When I had my lap, they found adhesions and scar tissue as well. I got pregnant soon after so hoping this is it for you! So glad you made the change!

Surgery today.
What was the surgery called? Lap? How did you know you needed it? I did the endo biopsy just to be sure and since we don't know what the issue is. I'm willing to do any tests.
Glad you are okay. I hope you rest and feel back to normal soon.

It was a. Hysteroscopy??? Think that's correct. My second water sono from. My second RE showed I had possible scar tissue, adhesions so they suggested this procedure to look more into it. Glad they did. Although my dr said he's not sure if that would be a cause of embryos not implanting, I'm glad they went in anyway and removed because now uterus should be clear and good to go for Jan.

Oh okay got it. I actually had a hysterscopy last month when I was doing the endo biopsy. They did the hysterscopy first and I had some pain and then the endo biopsy which was torture. I had the HSG and Saline Sono in February. Still they can't find anything. AHHH

I've had everything but that endo biopsy but dr says I don't need it. Thank god bc everyone that has gotten it done seems to have had pain. What's next step for you as far as tests??

Yeah the ENDO biopsy SUCKED. I cried. My RE didn't think I needed it but after 2 failed IVFs and all we been through I wanted every test out there. My HSG was bad too. I guess I don't have a high threshold for pain in there. So after 4 major tests and 20 vials of blood we still have no real answers. The only thing that came up again was my Prolactin was high so I started meds for it 2 weeks ago. I had an MRI in Feb for pituitary tumors and that was neg too. I'm hoping the Prolactin meds, acupuncture, doing a frozen vs fresh cycle helps us finally get preg. I am now on Estrace 4x a day. Like I need more Estrogen... If this FET doesn't work then I have an app in Feb with SIRM and will do further immune testing. Its frustrating not knowing what is wrong with us. Maybe we just have bad luck.
