switching from bottle to sippy cup
So that DS is one year, the ped. mentioned trying to switch him over to the sippy cup by about 15 months.
just curious what others' time lines are regarding sippy cups, and how you go about switching from bottle to cup?
TIA!

Re: switching from bottle to sippy cup
DD will be one on the 18th and she is totally on the sippy cup(for about 3 weeks) and switched to milk as of last week. I honestly, with both my girls just one day switched and neither one gave me an issue.

Re: switching from bottle to sippy cup
My oldest DD was off them by 12 months and my youngest DD was off them by 11 months. My girls didn't care about where they got there milk so I got rid of bottles early before they got attached to them.

DD will be one on Saturday and we still give her bottles, but she gets water in a sippy cup every day.

Re: switching from bottle to sippy cup
DS is 16 months. We are still on bottles for milk. All other drinks are in a sippy cup.
My goal is by 18 months to have him just on his bedtime bottle and all other milk be in a sippy cup. But right now if I give him milk in a sippy he throws it at me so not sure if we are heading in the right direction or not
