Sydnie's new habit- weird?
She's chewing/sucking on her lower lip  Sometimes it gets all drooly and she makes this smacking sound. It's really weird but it makes me 
Is this teething related or just some weird habit my DD discovered she can do?

Kristina used to do it also.... I think that's when she first realized that she had a lower lip.
She stopped doing it for a longgggggggggg while, and now she has remembered that lip, and pulls at it with her forefinger and thumb!

I've heard it's a sign they are ready for food. Ryan did it constantly for a while. But he stopped.

DD does this too, and it's funny! I always say it looks like she's trying to give kisses!
Not weird! Years from now you'll say "remember when Synie used to suck her bottom lip and make smacking sounds"!!! I should post a pic...I caught DD doing it the other day on film LOL!!
I bet she looks adorable doing it!!!!!!!!!

Nina still, to this day, sucks her bottom lip. She has since she was born. Its starting to become less often but I notice she does it mostly now when she is sleepy.

DS too, same age as well! He did it all the time from about 7-9 months. And its funny because we have a pic of DH at 9 months doing the same thing (DS looks just like daddy so its a really cute pic side by side!)
DS started doing it around the tiem he got his first bottom tooth
