TA or Sub
Which position would you rather have and why?

I know TA's in my building are overlooked for leave replacements because the principal doesnt want to disrupt the classrooms they are in.
I've been a perm sub & a TA and being a sub is a more demanding job. Some days I'm running all over the building. You also don't know what to expect when you walk in every morning. As a TA you have a home base & you know what to expect each day which is comforting. TA's also make more than subs.
The benefit of being a sub is the opportunity to be considered for leaves.

perm sub or regular sub? i would rather be a sub because of the flexibility.

ita, TA's most often get overlooked. By subbing you could be running around like crazy but you will network more and i believe be more visible
