I tooik Jordana for a walk around the area at 5 days old. I took her to a restaurant at 2 weeks.

Depends on what you mean about public
DD was a week old when we brought her to other family members houses.
Malls and Supermarkets - not until after her shots.
Out for walks - right away
same here!
