Taking toddler to Sweet 16?
We have a sweet 16 to go to on Sunday night.
DS is 28 months and doesn't go to bed until late usually.
He has lots of energy
It's at a catering hall.
Take him or leave him?
Any advice?
I'd love to take him, as he goes everywhere with us, just not sure if this is a good idea or not

Was he specifically invited to attend? If he was and you think he will behave, then bring him. If he was not specifically invited or you have to ask whether he was invited, then I would get a babysitter for him and leave him at home.

I agree.
I would leave him home, but that's just because sometimes I just want to relax and not have to worry about what DD is doing.

I was also going to ask if he was invited. If he was not, you should not bring him, IMO.

IF they were invited, I would take them. My kids come to all family parties (as long as they are invited). I bring them because all of my other cousins bing their kids and they have a blast.
