taking vitamin complex while ttc
im taking a vitamin complex for my hair/nails/skin
on the bottle it says not to use if pregnant.
has anyone stopped / or used these vitamins???
my hair is falling out, thats why im taking them

personally, i would switch to prenatals. they are great for hair and nails anyway.

Most prenatals have Biotin in them which I think is in the hair/nails/skin vitamin. I take Rainbow Light One a days and they have Biotin in them. I definitely see a difference in my hair and nails.

I would stop taking them. My guess is that they have too much Vitamin A, which can cause birth defects.
I'd just take a prenatal to be safe.
