talk to me about high chairs - need opinions and recomendations
We are limited on space, it would be great if this thing can either be folded up after a feeding or if it just sits on a chair, or snaps onto the table. But how comfortable and stable, and easy to clean are these type of high chairs?
Honestly I wouldn't mind a big clunky high chair if it was perfect for us in every other way. I'm just not even sure what to look for.
Also, how important is it for the chair to tilt back for drinking bottles?
DS will be turning 4 months, and we will be starting solids soon. He is so ready for it, we already tested him with a tiny teaspoon of rice, and he gobbled it up.
He's a big baby, hard to hold for a long time, so I usually sit him on a pillow for bottles, or in his rocker, he sits up and drinks his bottles, I know I can feed him this way. Should I just do this for a few months and then worry about a chair? Or is it important they get used to the high chair?
And can you use one if baby can sit up on their own yet? DH holds his head up fine, its the rest of his body he can't.
He was all floppy in the jumperoo, totally not ready for it.

We live in a pretty small apt. We have the Chicco Polly highchair. It folds up really small. about 9 inches wide. It reclines which I found useful for bottles.

We have the Fisher Price Space Saver. It sits in the regular DR chair. It also reclines so we used it almost right away. We eat dinner as a family every night and it was important that DD "eats" with us also.
I got it Black Friday for like $45, but I don't think with the BRU 20% off it would run you much more than that.
