Tattoo question (updated)
I am planning to get another tattoo (I have a few already) incorporating my dd's name into it
Any suggestions
I was thinking of either a butterfly with dd's name or a fairy with her name but am open to suggestions
Maybe her astrological sign with her name?
Any ideas?

Update:
I decided to go with the 3 astrological signs with my dd's name above hers....I think I am going to do it in all black (do you think some color would be better?)
I priced it out and dh and I are going on Saturday

Steph, I had a friend who combined hers and her DH and DD's sign. Then you could make it 3 sides so if you have another you can add theirs too.

I saw one I liked - it was a baby rattle with the name & date under it.
I am seriously considering getting it as my reward when I get back to my pre-preggo weight.

I just looked it up, dd's sign is like 2 c's one facing one way and one another with a line through it...maybe they can put her name on the line that goes through the 2 c's...
lemme see if I can link the pic of the signs
sounds like the Chanel logo. If you get that tattoo you will be designer and your value will triple.
I am a wimp and could never get a tattoo but I love seeing what other people get.

Puit yous and kevins' adjacent to each other(that means next to ) then Miki's a little above and cetered between the two. If/ when you have another baby you can add theirs below and centered between yours again

I was thinking about getting a bird holding a banner in it's mouth with her name in it on my shoulder.
i'm not sure though.
or maybe another dragon fly with her initials in the wings.

not sure if this would help you, but DH & I will get tattoos once we have our first child.
I want a claudagh with my children's names replacing "Love, Friendship, Loyalty"
and DH wants dogtags with his child's name/DOB on them.
I love tattoos that salute your children

I did something with the zodiacal signs of me and my parents. I am the Leo in the middle. My father was a Capricorn (left side) and my mom is a Sagittarius (right side). I took the designs of all three and the artist put them together to make them flow with each other. Im pretty sure that the signs of my parents are about 75% the size of my own sign. This is a pic of when it was first done to give you an idea of how you can use signs of the Zodiac. It is between my shoulderblades. Image Attachment(s):

that is so nice, I do not think our signs "flow"...I may have to bring my idea to the tattoo artist and see if he can draw something up...I was also thinking of getting it on my shoulder somewhere
