Re: Team Green - did u fit the stereotype?
Most people said boy for me. I even thought so until I was in labor. Then I started to feel differently. I think I carried like a boy (according to wivestales). The only one who said girl was my MIL. In the end, I had a girl.

Re: Team Green - did u fit the stereotype?
I'm team green this time around and everyone is saying boy because of the way I am carrying. Dh and I also think we are having a boy. I'll report back in 3 weeks or so.

Team Green - did u fit the stereotype?
Nope. I carried how people assume you carry for the opposite sex. I knew in my heart what I was having, though.

Re: Team Green - did u fit the stereotype?
I carried very differently with both of my previous pregnancies, and both ended up being boys. My first, I carried probably the way the old wives' tales dictate would be a boy- gained only a little weight, was all belly, carried high, no facial changes. With my second, I gained almost double what I gained the first time around, I was wider, carried lower, and many people commented that my face changed. So many people told me I was having a girl, that I started believing it! I was just as surprised as they were to hear "It's a boy!" The first time around, I had a strong boy feeling; the second time, I had no true feeling one way or the other.

Re: Team Green - did u fit the stereotype?
I love all of the wives tales that were proved wrong. I keep trying to tell people it's 50/50 and if they happen to guess right, they got lucky. I can't wait to find out what our little bean is :) being team isn't as easy as I thought!

Re: Team Green - did u fit the stereotype?
Yup- everyone told me it was a boy pretty much, myself included and it was a boy. All belly and no changes in my face. I always said I only wanted girls and I couldn't love my little guy any more!! Now only 5 weeks with #2 and am hoping it is another boy- we will be team green for this one.
