Termite Inspection and treatment costs
can you please tell me how much treatment is and where you went? Working on this now for the mortgage.

did you do a home inspection?
I have never done a separate one- it's normally included as part of the inspection

yup, did the inspection and they found some old stuff that needs to be treated. The pple never got termite insurance or whatever it is so the treatment is pricey. Just wanted to see what the average cost is

I was quoted about a year ago because there was some termite activity 5 feet from the front of the house and then back by the pool. There hasn't been any activity in the house though for years. Terminex wanted $1500 for the initial treatment and then there is a maintenance every year. I also got quoted from Arrow because I use them for bugs year round and they wanted $1800.
