Termite inspection cost?
Was just quoted $195. This is the only place I've found and been able to get through. Does that sound reasonable?

Termite inspection cost?
I believe that is what my inlaws paid.

If a home inspector is certified to do the home inspection and a termite inspection, then the additional cost is usually more like $100. (Say, $400 for an inspection and $100 for the termite part of it).
If you are having a separate termite inspection by a separate company or inspector (not doing your main home inspection), two sets of my buyers have recently paid $150 for termite inspections. (And one was in western Nassau, south shore, and the other was western Suffolk, north shore).

That sounds a bit on the high side. I think I paid under $150
I just double checked- I paid $102. in November.
