TFCU Mortgage or Refi?
Has anyone used Teachers Federal Credit Union recently for a mortgage or refi? How did it go?

TFCU Mortgage or Refi?
We refi'd with them about 2 1/2 years ago. Everything went super fast and easy.

I used them in Aug. 2014. It went really smoothly, they were really easy to deal with.

TFCU Mortgage or Refi?
We used them to refi about 5 years ago and it was a pain. I had to call on a daily basis to get things moving and our application was within a day or two of expiring by the time we closed.

We used them for a home equity loan. I wasn't thrilled with the lack of communication I would leave messages and not hear back, emails would not be responded to....
Overall the only cost was appraisal fee, and once paperwork was submitted the process was painless other than the annoyance of lack of communication.
