Thank You Card Question
Our shower isn't until October but we've already been receiving gifts from our registry (we live upstate and the rest of the family is on LI/Queens so some people have had stuff shipped or phone ordered)
My question -- should I send thank you cards out as gifts come in (provided I know who sent it)
OR
do I keep a list and wait till after the shower?
TIA!

Re: Thank You Card Question
I sent them out as the gifts came in so that the sender knew that I received it without any problems...and so I wouldn't accidentally forget.

Re: Thank You Card Question
For my bridal shower (I havent had my baby shower yet) when gifts came in the mail before the shower, I called the person to thank them and sent the official thank you with all the rest from the shower. It let the person know I got the gift but I was able to have a full list to check off on when I wrote the TY cards.

Re: Thank You Card Question
I always send thank you cards out as the gift is received. I hate to procrastinate.

Re: Thank You Card Question
I always send them out as the gift is received as well - that way the sender knows you have received it.

Re: Thank You Card Question
We got a few gifts shipped to our house from guests who are unable to make the shower so I sent the thank you when we got the gift.
