try to write down whatever you remember. colors of vehicles, clothing. then burn some sage and tell her you know her story but she needs to go now because she's scaring you and you are uncomfortable.
I know I sound like a wackadoo but i believe in spirits and she obv doesn't mean to cause harm. She just wants her story to be known.

I saw that too but that McDowell is a male. A female teenager came to me.
