Thanksgiving spinoff--post your favorite side dish recipes
I saw a few Thanksgiving posts, but didn't think there was one collecting recipes for all the yummy sides. If you have one that you love, please share!

My all time favorite is Cranberry Mold - my mom's recipe calls for
Rasberry (or cherry) jello
1 can of cranberry sauce (with the whole cranberries in it)
1 can mandarin oranges
small can of crushed pineapple
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Make the jello as directed on box. Pour into a large bowl. Add all other ingredients. Refridgerate at least 3 hours or until jello is firm.
I can eat an entire bowl of this stuff.

my favorites are the classic sweet potato-marshmallow casserole and baked acorn squash mashed with butter and brown sugar.

Sausage Stuffing and mashed potatoes with melted mozzarella cheese baked on top 
I'm such a guinea when it comes to the holidays

Def sausage stuffing, pumpkin pie bread and sweet potato casserole. Also mom's spanokopita!
