the morning after a stomach virus...
what do I feed DS? He was up throwing up from about 9 -- 11 last night and then woke up with diarrhea. He's asking for milk. Is that okay?

I would not give milk. I think water and juice to start, and maybe some toast if he keeps that down.
ETA: Following a virus or upset stomach, it's always good to follow the BRAT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.

Waffle is the same as toast   I would definitely try to keep him hydrated more than anything. Will he drink pedialyte?
