Before I read the name, I was almost expecting it to be one of those crazy names you hear about on Oprah or in the book Freakonomics (Sexy, Vagina, Loser, etc). That I could see voicing an opinion on.
But Siena? She is trying to save your kid from the name Siena? That is a name that is more and more common and perfectly acceptable.
