Re: The nastiest smell.... Sorry in advance of TMI.....
this was an elderly man that came to the podiatrists office with a foot problem? No?
I wouldn't at all be surpised by an odor, perhaps that is what he was there for? was he diabetic?
I feel bad for him

"Its BBO - Beyond B.O.!"
When somebody has B.O., the "O" usually stays with the "B". Once the "B" leaves, the "O" goes with it.
Carl: The valet had such bad B.O.?
Elaine: Oh, man, just *rampant*, **mutant** B.O. The "O" went from the
valet's "B", to the car, to me. It clings to everything. Jerrythinks it's an entity. But I showered and I shampoo'ed, so...
Carl: That's a relief...
Carl: It's still there...
Elaine: No, no, no! It *can't* be! I shampoo'ed! I rinsed! I repeated!
You are girls are too much. I am ROTFLMAO! At least a really icky post turned out funny!

No he was young and healthy. I feel bad for him but he came to get his nails clipped, corns shaved etc. I would feel bad too if he had a medical problem, this man just had the smelliest feet.

If the smell was that bad, it probably wasn't due to him not bathing. It was more likely skin related. My BF's husband has major skin problems and his feet are so bad they bleed and have a terrible odor, he has to leave his shoes outside the house. It is not because of bathing though, it is kind of like eczema but worse.
I as thinking the same thing- i mean, if he had to get his toe nails clipped by the DR, he probably had something very wrong with him. I know the smells- they're definitely gross and it takes alot not to show the patient your reaction, but i always feel the worst for those patients, because its not like they're oblivious to the fact that they smell either

Re: The nastiest smell.... Sorry in advance of TMI.....
I hear you. But I asked my boss after he left if it was a medical issue or he did not bathe. He told me he had smelly feet becuase he did not bathe them. How gross is that? he told him he needs to wash them with soap every day.
