Why do you think the woman in the case said it happened? The fact that there were 4 men's DNA in her still leaves an open quesiton as to what really happened. NOT saying the Duke guys were in involved here.
Do you think she was raped by someone else? Do you think it was consensual & she's emotionally disturbed?
I think she already knew she was pregnant and saw a meal ticket for her and her kid.

1- this is not the first time she has accused a GROUP of men of rape
2- she is extremely emotionally disturbed- and was in an institution at some point
3- yes 4 men's DNA was in her underware- it doesn't match anyone on the lax team
4- let's face facts- she was/is a stripper- I am sure this wasn't her first party if the night- they have never mentioned where she was coming from- b/c I am sure she was at another party

Oh Beth I am in total agreement with you. Disturbed people do disturbed things. She was obviously not bright enough to know that her actions would bite her in the but.

Agree - for which the DA should be severely punished & held personally responsible.
I agree- this should have been over the day the DNA tests came back-
and the guy at the lab that didn't include that in the report should also be held personally responisble
they aren't going to know what hit them when these parents file there lawsuit!

Yeah now that I think about it, she was probably vulnerable enough to be led into something and not able to handle the consequences. Sadly, and again, people with a diminished capacity for making the right choices end up in a bad place. Maybe she can get some help.

she was passed out in the car when the police found her
but yet she remembered all this stuff that happened to her
you just have to  at that one-
I don't put in past the DA to "help" her with her story
I feel like in towns like this- with wealthy college students there tends to be alot of built up resentment towards them
