My DD is 6 months old and also wakes once (sometime twice) during the night to BF... I think thats still very normal for a BF baby at this age.
Its never really a problem for me if she just eats and goes back =)
Is he still taking in enough breastmilk with 3 meals a day? Maybe hes filling up on food, but is wanting the bm?? Every baby is different, go with what feels right for you!
