Thermometers?
When you are taking your basal temperature in the morning... can you use a regular thermometer or is there a special thermometer you need? I saw one that said Basal in CVS today and didn't know what the difference was...
Thanks to whoever answers what is probably a silly question...

You should use a basal body thermometer. The one you saw at CVS was the one you should use...since it said basal. It's a bit more sensitive than a regular thermometer.

If it helps - the BD basal is a great basal body thermometer
