They say that there is no use crying over spilled milk.....
Yes, there is when you drop an open can of formula on the floor and it's 11pm. Luckily we have enough to get through the night and morning but I just bought this can on Friday.
And there is my brillant husband saying I will find the clean dust pan possible, then we can still use it.   
I tell him you can't do that. He says but the floor is clean you spent hours cleaning it today.
Um yeah but 1) there are chemicals on the floor
2) we have all walked on it since I have cleaned it
3) Ew gross would you pick up your food and eat it from this floor.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr men!

Look on the bright side... it could be worse...you could have spent 20 minutes with your nipples in a pump getting it.
eta. You should feed DH his dinner on the floor one night.

Oh lord Barb, if this was breast milk and I spilled it:
1) It would be a miracle since my BM never comes in
2) I would be a crying mess knowing how much work that took
3) Heck I would punch DH just because I would have to take it out on him some how.
As for his dinner off the floor I can't even believe he said that. He is such a neat freak and germaphob that I have no idea where that came from other than he was sleeping when he heard me yell some bad words and came rushing in. His eyes were still all bright red.

Awww, where are you? The CVS by my house is open 24 hours (in Holbrook).
Also (although Liza said last year she couldn't find any) the 7-11 by me has little cans of Similac concentrate

Aw thanks Kate and I will note that for future reference since we are in Lake Ronk.and I don't think we have any 24 hr pharmacies around. I have enough for tonight and definitely for tomorrow morning and then I have 10 emergency 8 ounce packets that I always keep--just incase.

Oh and the CVS is on Union and Patchogue-Holbrook, so it shouldn't be too far

That really stinks...I know when I lived in Farmingdale their was a Walgreen's that was 24 hours so that is another alertnative to CVS.

I have to admit - in the middle of the night, when I would spill a heap of powdered formula on the counter, I was tempted to scoop it into a bottle too!!!!
