Re: Things for little kids in Myrtle Beach?
I believe there's a children's museum like LICM - yeah, it's listed in the Reciprocal Membership program.
Last year Ann (she was 20 months when we were down), bungee jumped at the mall and there's a nice park near the Market Common. We also went to a park near the library in Surfside Beach.
And I can't keep track of what amusement parks are open anymore!!
... Okay, so Family Kingdom is still open:

Re: Things for little kids in Myrtle Beach?
you could walk around broadway at the beach, i think they have stuff there like imax and magiquest, there are tons of mini golf places everywhere... there is also a water park called myrtle waves, and family kingdom amusement park.. there are a few family friendly dinner shows in the area but the 1 year old may be too young (pirates show where dixie stampede used to be, and medieval times)

We took DS to Broadway at the Beach last year. We also went to Brookgreen Gardens which is about 15-20 minutes south. They have a cute little zoo there. We spent most of our time by thr pool though.

Re: Things for little kids in Myrtle Beach?
The boardwalk has kiddie rides, shops and restaurants. Magiquest is too old for them but lots of fun for the 5 and up crowd. My 4 yr old got bored playying mini golf, but they have gret courses. There are dinner shows, amusement parks and plenty to do around the area. The beach and pools are wonderful

Re: Things for little kids in Myrtle Beach?
Thanks all!
We will spend most of our time by the beach and/or pool - I was just thinking in the evenings ..........
My 3 year old LOVES golf (and has his own clubs - ) so I'm hoping he'll be into the mini - golf thing. Maybe, we'll see.
