I heard the same. You can TRY all those things but if the baby isn't ready, they aren't going to work.
ETA: Sex can't hurt

well it doesn't hurt to try walking, sex being active. When I was working, the baby dropped and I believe it was because I was on my feet and moving around. HOpefully labor will come soon! good luck!!
