Thirsties Cloth Diapers? Can someone explain how it works...

Im looking into cloth diapering and Amazon seems to have some good reviews on Thirsties but how does it work? What kind of inserts does it use? Leaks? Pros cons?

Thirsties makes several different types of dipes, so I'm not sure which ones you are thinking of. They make some which are just covers and you use pre-folds with them -- those are awesome -- I've used them. They also make an "all-in-one" diaper which doesn't need any inserts. Hope that helps!
