Those in the 3rd tri...after eating a big meal...
....do you find yourself so full and uncomfy that it's hard to breathe?
I swear after Easter dinner yesterday and a big dinner we had out on Saturday night I felt like I was going to explode.
It was actually hard to breathe!
I never had this before- but I'm assuming it's because the baby is bigger now and taking up more space?
I guess I'll have to stick to small meals huh?

YES! I actually got a strong stinging pain behind my belly button. I couldn't sit, I had to go and walk (or waddle) around the block with my husband b/c I felt so sick.
That didn't stop me from having Cheesecake/Choc Mousse cake an hour later for dessert. (Which I never eat!)
YIKES!!! So far today I have had egg whites/turkey to try to offset my pig out yesterday.

add me to that list! everything is squished in there more so now than before. even bending over, with or without food in me causes me to be short of breath. not fun but just part of the game!

OH yes, this happens to me! You def. need to space out your meals and eat in smaller doses. But the good new is, this means the end is near!!

omg yes!! i was dealing with the same thing yesterday.. had a huge easter dinner, followed by dessert.. so i felt like my belly was going to explode.. not fun!

I feel horrible after a large meal....so I try to spread things out and not eat too much at once.

I'm only 20wks, but I have this problem, also....maybe because of the twins, they are just taking up more room.
I have to always eat small meals. Every once in a while I will have a big meal and I pay for it in the end! It almost feels like I can't swallow.
I have tried Tums, but they don't really help me much.
