Those trying to maintain

I just hit my goal weight on Saturday and now my point value went up and I am SCARED to eat more points! I got 6 more points added and this week I only added 2 just to see how it goes.

How many of the extra points do you use?
Do you feel like since you hit your goal you cheat more?
How hard is it to maintain?

During maintenance I find myself going up and down, its all about trying to find your balance especially with adding the extra points to your day. You need to figure out how many extra points work best for you, some people 6 is good, others its too much.

On the new plan I haven't added the extra points yet because I have gone up a little and would like to lose that before I start doing maintenance again

Maintaince has been difficult for me. I just keep losing. Right now, I'm 16lbs under my goal weight.

I'm eating 29 points a day but I haven't added any yet. Sometimes I don't even eat all 29.

I do cheat still- on the weekends!

Since I've become lifetime, I've stayed pretty much within the same 15lb range (always under goal). I don't lose massive weight each week and sometimes gain a pound or two.
