As far as I know, the only difference is the Freestyle comes with attachments for your bra so you can pump hands free. SO unless you have to be doing something with your hands for thouse 10 minutes, I don't think its worth the $300+.

Especially if you can buy those handfree bras for A LOT less money.

Re: Those who pump using Medela In Style or FreeStyle
I have the freestyle and I have used the straps 3x. LOL My husband always wonders why I got that one when I never go 'freestyle' with it. My problem with hooking it up to the bra is for some reason my milk ends up in the bra and by the time I noticed its like 2ozs gone :( I usually just sit for the 15 minutes and hold them.

I have the Freestyle and have never used the hands free attachments. There are a ton of pieces and I forgot about them in the box for the longest time. I say just stick with the Medela in Style and save a hundred bucks.

Re: Those who pump using Medela In Style or FreeStyle
at BBB they sell hands-free bras
i have this one:
easy expression hands free pumping bra
it takes a little getting use to b/c you have to put the shields on the inside of the bra before attaching the hoses and make sure they are positioned on your nipples well but i could not pump both breasts at the same time without it - i used it every single day and it was well worth the $$

Yes. that's the bra I was mentioning. Thanks LB!
Make sure you don't get a size too big. You want it to be snug so you don't lose the suction/contact with the nipple and end up with leaks.
