With my son I had a very similar experience and ended up having a healthy baby boy. It's such a scary situation!! I had also suffered a previous mc before becoming pregnant with him so as you can imagine I was freaked out. I heard DS'sheartbeat for the first time at the hospital when this whole thing was going on. Hang in there

With my DS i ha bright red spotting, on and off, and with this pregnancy i had spotting from weeks 6 to weeks 10, and at week 14. hang in there. i hate the term "theartened miscarriage, unfortunately its a term they use in the OB world.

Yes I had bleeding at about 8 weeks. It was SCH caused by placenta previa (which cleared up at 12 weeks). Good luck!!

I never post but had to login just to respond to you. I am 32 weeks pregnant with my 2nd son and I just wanted to let you know that I went to the er a total of 8 or 9 times while pregnant with our first for a "threatened miscarriage." I bled throughout the pregnancy. I mean gushing blood at times. Please try not to stress. I had a super healthy baby after all of that. My prayers are with you. xoxo

i have had it many times and it has gone both ways
the very bad 3 times
and the very good,our twins
with the twins i bled for most of the pregnancy and even had a ruptured placenta,they were ok

sorry I didn't respond sooner, I was avoiding this board.
Unfortunately it didn't turn out well for me. Last tuesday the last u/s showed no heartbeat. My dr wrote me a script for cytotec which ended the pregnancy. I had a follow up u/s yesterday which showed everything passed.
The baby stopped growing at 6 weeks 4 days. It feels so weird not having my LO.
thanks for all the support ladies. I joined this forum in 09 for this exact reason. I don't have any other children, two consecutive mc really sucks big time. I was going to have twins in 08 and twins this time around. Unfortunately it's not in the cards for me at this time. I'm hoping to start ttc in June.
