& my bday is coming up (election day  ) my friends keep asking me what I want for my bday..... I never know what to say. Dont want to sound spoiled and say I have everything I need - but I never know what to say 
any ideas?
im sure the dress is fine!! is it right above the knee? or shorter?
as for birthday gifts...
when friends ask me what i want... i always say nothing... that i dont need anything... then they usually just get a gift card..

yeah - i would have to say it does depend on how short the short is...but i personally don't think i'd wear anything 'sexy' to a sweet 16...but that's just me.
