TMI at the Doc's office...
So, I was in for my internal and DH is there with me. The nurse said the usual... take off your bottoms and wait for the Doc to come in. So I'm sitting there with DH bottomless with the little paper blanket thing draped over my legs sitting on the paper cover for the patient. Well, I was getting uncomfortable sitting so I stood for a little just to stretch and there's a little wet mark on the paper. DH is like... what is that?! I told him this is the fun and nasty part of being pregnant that our bodies go through. He wripped that piece off and got some more paper... well, I stood again and there was a new spot. LOL! DH thought maybe my water broke and I had to explain to him again... it happens. Especially when your 40 weeks pregnant. Boy, these men see a lot now that we're pregnant.

I do give DH's a new level of respect when dealing with pregnancy. My poor DH was exposed to this VERY early on since we saw a RE & did IVF. Try explaining to him about having a sonogram while you have AF He was so shocked!

You may have a slow leak so your DH may not be that far off. I would have told the Dr. This is what happened to me.

The amnio was checked and everything is fine. Just been wearing a pantiliner, but it's a small amount and the Doc wasn't concerned at all. I have another appt Fri now b/c I see the Doc twice a week.

uggghhhh- same here! When I met Dh he was afraid to look at a pad. Now he knows all about cervical positioning, CM, etc!
