TMI question - boy mommies, come in
So I noticed kj's little berries are red, there are like red splotches (is that a word????  )it is not raised or bumpy, just red
could this be a diaper rash, nothing else down there is red, just his lil balls

Agreed.....Any diaper rash ointment should work....I used Balmex

Slather his sack with any WHITE diaper cream and he should be fine.
