TMI question... Oral Sex - Ok or bad for TTC?
 I hate to ask, but is oral sex on the female really bad before BD? Is it really killing the sperm? I mean, how can you turn it down?

Its fine. When I was TTC #1 & #2 i abstained from Oral (giving and receiving) because I heard it was bad. Both times after we had oral I ended up PG

i have heard that saliva isnt great for sperm - but when you are TTC i say do what you gotta do
DH and I certainly havent let that stop us from giving/receiving...

I've heard saliva can kill the sperm so we usually refrain from it during my fertile days.

 I am not one to turn it down. *Technically* they say saliva can hurt the sperm but honestly, who cares sometimes!! I would rather take my chances.

My thoughts are that people have gotten pregnant very often regardless of oral sex. Even some who aren't trying. That being said, unless you and/or your DH are struggling with fertility issues, then I wouldn't worry so much about some saliva.
DH and I BD A LOT this weekend and quite honestly, it probably would not have been as enjoyable without any sort of oral stimulation. Don't deny yourselves something you both enjoy
