Today marks 1 month of the south beach diet for me...
And I've lost 6.5 lbs!!  I'm happy with that rate, 1.5 lbs a week. I've been trying to lose weight since April, and this is the first time I've been successful. I'm sticking with this diet plan until I've reached my goal weight.
Okay, that is all. Just had to share that I finally found a plan that works for me
