Dh and disagree completely on how DS hair should be. He wants it like a Caesar, I want it more wavy/curls. For those that have a DS with Xavier hair, what style does he have? Do you have pics or anyone know where I can look for styles?
Also, what do you do as far as maintaining the hair style or keeping it looking decent? Do you comb or brush? Basically, what is your routine for DS hair? TIA

This is generally how he wears his hair when it's out.
Right now it's braided.
I wash his hair 3x a week(shampoo and conditioner once and conditioner washes the other two times - no shampoo) and when I have conditioner in his hair I detangle. I put a leave in when his hair is still soaking wet. I then blow dry on medium. For hold I will sometimes add a gel after the leave in then blow dry or air dry.

Re: toddler boys with curly/wavy hair and cut
DS has very curly hair and he just had his first haircut (20 months). I use a ton of conditioner (aussie 3 minute miracle) and I have a spray bottle with leave in conditioner and water I put that in his hair after he wakes up. I only brush it right after his bath or if I am rewetting it. I never brush it dry or it becomes a fro. I do not plan on cutting it short until he is old enough to ask me for it. I love his hair and everywhere we go people comment on it, it is his signature trait.

He's so cute!
I cut my sons hair short. It's way too frizzy long.
