So glad Leah is not in the top 10!
I am happy because I doubt Kerri is in the top 100
It probably isnt. I have the same name & spelling. Let me tell you I have searched far & wide, there is not a pencil anywhere with that name on it.

Interesting the NY list is very different from the master list so where you live changes things too. I was born in NY and there were no Kristens in Queens as a kid, but then we moved to Colorado and presto I had 3 Kristen's on one lacrosse team alone

Re: Top Baby Names REVEALED!
I was shocked that "Grace" was not in the top ten. Maybe it is in the top 50? Who knows. I love her name and even if it was #1 or #500 I would still love it. It has a very special meaning to me.
As a girl with an original name (Dina) I have to say I HATED it growing up. I sat for hours watching magic garden praying they would say "I see Dina" at the end of the show. They NEVER said my name. I had to go to years of therapy because my parents gave me an original name.

Seriously, I really wanted a common name growing up. Then, as an adult I started to like my name.

Re: Top Baby Names REVEALED!
Growing up I never knew another Ariella and I always hated having an unusual name that noone could pronounce. I was thrilled when the little mermaid came out when I was 16 because then at least people were familiar with "Ariel"
I didn't want my son having an unusual name and I always loved the name Matthew- but I guess I wish it wasn't quite SO popular!

I was surprised too. I feel like there are so many Grace's right now. We have two so far in our little Rhyme Time at the library both born this past year plus yours and my cousin has a Grace also.

Hailey and Zachary aren't on there - however - Hailey Rose was supposed to be Ava Rose until I realized how popular that name was becoming. I changed it at the last minute!
