It looks like and has the consistency of peanut butter. However, its sweeter tasting, like cookie dough kind of. On the jar it recommends putting it on waffles and pancakes.
It's so good that I take a spoonful every now and then and just eat it slowly....lol.

I went to Trader Joe's and remembered that I had read about this. As luck would have it, I happened to pass by the shelf where the cookie butter was and i grabbed it. 1/4 of the jar is gone and I bought it on Tuesday!!!!
It is so yummy. I put some on white bread yesterday.

... TJs Cookie Butter  I had some on TJs Multigrain crackers.
DH liked it too! I chkd the ingredients details and
see its a great snack food without the guilt  TY

It is so delicious! Back in December, I read how it's their top-selling item, but it was temporarily unavailable. I happened to see it back in mid-March, bought it, and fell in love! I've talked it up to everyone I know, and they all got it (and some cursed me for it lol). If you like PB-type things, and gingerbread cookies, you must get this!

OMG! I served this as a dessert option for my family this past weekend and HOLY CRAP! Everyone LOVED it! I couldn't stop eating it! I used their vanilla wafer cookies to dip- YUM!
