Re: Trista: I Want To Fit Into My Skinny Jeans
I do NOT see why everybody is coming down so hard on her. I am not ready for kids yet, but when I am one of my biggest fears is getting my body back. Vain? yes, but it is just something that I feel strongly about.
Also, as far as Ryan telling her no, no, no with his finger? SO WHAT! When my hubby knows I am on a diet and sees me eat something that is not on my diet, he'll smile and say I thought you were givng that up or something along those lines. I appreciate his support and reminder. If I want to eat it anyway I will, but sometimes I am glad he said somethign so I stay on track. If you remember him from the show, I am sure that he does it in a cute way that is non offending or she would NOT have said anything about it.

I feel like she'd sell her soul to US Weekly magazine if it meant that she'd have another week of fame...

Re: Trista: I Want To Fit Into My Skinny Jeans
I guess my problem is not what she said, it's how she said it. There's nothing wrong with setting a goal and working towards it, but the article makes her (and her friend) sound like an idiot. She'll have other impressionable women thinking that not loosing all baby weight by 3 mo pp is a terrible thing. Being pg, having a baby, dealing with changes to your body are hard enough as it is and putting unrealistic expectations can add unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation.

Re: Trista: I Want To Fit Into My Skinny Jeans
I guess I see where she is coming and don't find her comments so bad because I feel the same way. We had our babies a day apart and at 3 mos - I am have about 5lbs to go and wearing a size 6 for the most part (I am 5'8") and I hate my body. I complain about it everyday...I just can't wait to get back to my old body and be able to wear my old clothes right and feel good in them. That stretched belly skin stinks....This is my 2nd and I know it takes time but it is just depressing not being yourself ....people keep saying you are like a size 6 how can you complain - it is just the not being yourself that is hard no matter what size you are.
yes, she is Trista and most of the world is annoyed by her but I do understand where she is coming from.

Re: Trista: I Want To Fit Into My Skinny Jeans
I can see where she's coming from - she wants to feel comfortable in her own skin.
I saw a segment on E sometime over the weekend and was impressed that she's working hard to 10 pounds in 8 weeks which is a healthy weight loss schedule. And the plan is to lose it by eating a healthy & well balanced diet along with a lot of excercise.

Re: Trista: I Want To Fit Into My Skinny Jeans
I think she's missing the fact that your body changes so dramatically when you are pregnant. that even after you have given birth, you could be back to your pre-pg weight, but its proportioned differently.
ITA!!! Doesn't she have anything else to talk about in her big interview than her weight?

Re: Trista: I Want To Fit Into My Skinny Jeans
why is she wearing a sweat suit? she can't find anything else to wear on her huge body?
i think the article is dumb and she could have talked about something more important in life but this is trista, so...
