How many days a week should you do the do during your ovulation window.?
You ovulate one day per month and sperm in good shape can live up to 5 days before.
A suggestion would be start about 3 days before O and continue till one day after. To cover all bases.
Use OPK's to determine Ovulation date and then BD!!
