Tuna Salad
Anyone have a good tuna salad recipe? I'm tired of paying $7+ for half a pound of tuna salad at bagel places. The supermarket's is ok, but not always the most fresh or tasty.
Not looking for anything in particular, just yummy, so the more suggestions, the better!
Thanks!

Re: Tuna Salad
I just like lemon juice, mayo, a little celery and sometimes a little red onion.
I've also had it with some pickle relish. Yum!

Re: Tuna Salad
I like it with Mayo Pepper Dash of onion powder Celery Red Onion And a splash of red wine vinegerette!
Also- whip it in the food processor for just a bit. It makes it smoother and the texture is more what you would get at a deli.

Re: Tuna Salad
I put mine in the food processor it really stretches it. Then I put carrot, onion and celery in the food processor
Place in a mixing bowl
Then add mayo a little bread crumbs and some Mrs Dash, Salt, Pepper.
Tastes just like the deli's!!

Re: Tuna Salad
I use a little mayo, diced celery and red onion (and sometimes carrots), relish and salt and pepper. A good alternative is to use a honey mustard spread/dressing.
