Just wanted to send prayers your way...I had bleeding like that at 17-18 weeks that was caused from a blood clot behind the placenta and had a previa too - (my daughters now 11) hope all goes well for you this morning!

Good luck. I think if you continue feeling dizzy, I would call your dr again and confirm that they do not want you to go to the ER.

Thanks! I have told my family, friends and coworkers and literally just got a new car with a 3rd row. I guess I should have waited until I was much further along. This is so hard to believe. My doctor doesn't open until much later. Patiently waiting..
are you still bleeding? i dont know why he wouldnt send you to the ER.

i hope you are ok - i am 9 weeks and had the same thing happen to me last night. i woke up bc i felt wet and sure enough there was blood everywhere. i had to wait until they opened at 9:30am and they told me to come right in. it was the longest night of my life!
i just had an ultrasound done at my obs office and everything looks good
turns out there is a slight tear that caused the bleeding - hopefully its the same for you

i had persistent bleeding all throughout my first trimester. heavy, deep red bleeding. they never did find out what it was from, only that it didn't cause the baby any harm. eventually it went away on its own in the second trimester.
