UPDATE 07-11-06 (Out of the hospital) - I REALLY NEED some HUGS.........
I guess when it rains it pours....... 
My BIL (36 years old, not overweight or anything) found out earlier this week at his Dr appt that it looks like he had a small heart attack. He had a procedure yesterday where they put in 2 stints because there was 75% blockage (they went through his groin). He stayed overnight and I'm waiting to hear more news.
So, while waiting to hear about him, I get a call from my mom that my brother (who's 34 yrs old) has horrible pain in his arm and having trouble breathing, so they're rushing him to the hospital.
I hope everything's ok!!!
Half Update:
TY all so much!
So my BIL is now home and doing ok. Turns out he didn't actually have a heart attack, but it's good they caught the blockage! Now he just needs to rest.
I'm going to the hospital for my brother- guess I'll find out what's going on when I get there!
Next update 07-09-06:
My BIL was suffering with arm and chest pain today, so on the doctor's rec, my sister took him to the hospital ER. I'm waiting to hear news
My brother seems ok. They a bunch tests and concluded it's gastrointestinal. I really hope they're right. He's on meds for that and has to see his GI Dr on Monday.

Update 07-11-06
My BIL went home from the hospital again yesterday. He's at his cardiologist now.
My brother's problems are definitely GI related. He's on a high dose of meds now. Not sure about the shooting arm pains, but at least he's doing a lot better now!
