Update
I went to the hospital on Thursday and lost the baby early Friday morning. No D&C necessary they don't think.
I met with Dr B this morning and he is running tests on both DH and I. I am relieved that someone is FINALLY testing us for something in order to get to the bottom of this.
I haven't really told anyone close to me in my life but it's easier to say it here.

I'm so sorry!
I am so glad you met with Dr. B. Now you can figure out what is causing your miscarriages. Just remember you can treat almost any issue. DR B can def determine what is causing this, and give you the right treatment.
I am just so sorry you had to go through this again!

Dr B and I seem to see eye to eye on things. I told him that it strikes me as insane (by definition) to keep being told "just be persistent, keep trying" without them running a single test on DH or myself. He definitely doesn't want us trying for the next month until we figure things out.

I think it's definitely good you are giong to see the doctor. I think it's better to get tested and at least know whats going on.

I'm sooo happy that you are meeting with the RE doctor. I really hope it work out for you guys. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry C!! I think this might be your ticket though and i can't believe that NO ONE else was willing to test you for anything, given the history. But that's why I was ranting about reg dr's vs RE etc.
Keep us posted please!! I hope your first visit is a really good one!!! good luck!!!!

Thanks honey! Know what the crazy thing is? I started seeing an RE last September, one who frequently is recommended on these boards and he's the one who wouldn't test me for anything!

Thank you everyone! I went for the first of several blood tests. For those of you who know Dr B, the test with the 20 vials of blood. I still have to go for blood work twice more, DH has to go for blood work once and has to give 2 at home samples. To these samples, his response was "I have to fill up that WHOLE cup?!"

that IS crazy!! I mean I'm not even a doctor and I just can't believe that after 4 of these no one is concerned or wants to test you.
I've learned that there are good doctors out there and bad doctors and it's up to us to take control and not stop until we find one of the good ones who will listen and test.

So true!!!!! I was in the same boat after 3 losses, 2 under an RE (East Coast Fertility) I had to take control and find another dr. who would find out what the PROBLEM is. I'm glad that you are doing the same. So very sorry for your loss. Sending you lots of hugs and strength.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this...
Sometimes you need to take matters into your owns hands, and by finding a dr that will test you for what you want, I think you are doing just that. After our loss, at first I didn't think that they were going to test me for anything, and I wasn't thrilled about that. But they actually did, and it made me feel much better.

Yeah, I definitely feel so relieved that they are testing both of us.
I told the doctor that I feel like it's some cruel joke when they just tell you to keep trying the same thing over and over when there is clearly a problem! As I've mentioned, doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result is the literal definition of insanity. I'm totally confident with my new doc!
