update
i went to the ER and spent all morning / afternoon there. The ultrasound shows baby measuring 5w4d (my app says based on lmp i'm 6 weeks today but sono tech said based on lmp i'm 5w6d ) she said she saw a heartbeat!!
BUT after the US i asked for a towel to wipe off the gel and i bled on the towel and squirted blood onto the floor. they re-did blood and my blood count went down so they were very concerned bc i'm already anemic. they don't see where the blood is coming from but they said sono looked fine.
I'm out of work until monday and on moderate bed rest meaning i can work but no prolonged standing.
I have to take iron & i have to go back to er if i bleed again.
ETA: HCG was 25,000+

I am so sorry that you had to go through that. I cant imagine how scary it has been for you.  for you, DH & LO. Congrats on the heartbeat.

Glad that she saw the HB and that baby is measuring where they're supposed to be!! Take it easy and I hope the baby is still doing well.

blood count went below 30% (29.7)...what can i do to increase that when i'm not at the hospital getting a saline drip? just keep drinking?

It must have been re-assuring to know there was a HB there after what you have been experiencing
It is very common to bleed ( as nerve wracking as it is)...Did they test your progesterone ?

If you were getting saline IV, it's possible your blood was diluted and dropped your H/H count. Did the other numbers drop too? Try not to worry too much I know, easier said than done!

they did test prog and it was fine...can't remember the number tho...the gyn had a heavy accent to it was hard to understand...but she did say #'s were good except for my blood count
