Ugh,that is awful. Just hang on, 3 weeks seems like an eternity but all of this time, once you get those babies, will be a tiny blip on the radar, I promise

hang in there hun! i am only on day 4 of my hospital stay and it's already not easy. I can totally sympathize with no sleep bc of the constant interruptions and how annoying it is to have to unplug 100 wires everytime you want to go to the bathroom...which seems like every 5 minutes!
i will be thinking about you and your babies!!!

Thank you for your encouragement, prayers, and good wishes ladies. I don't know what I would do without all of you. Today is really a difficult day. I think I am having a melt down I just can't stop crying. I am really trying to be strong, I don't know what is wrong with me today but I just wanted to thank you all so much

Many hugs to you. I was on bedrest and in and out of the hospital many times with my twins. I had contractions too, and no cervical opening or shortening. Procardia did fortunately work for me, I took it every 4 hours around the clock.
I had them by c-section at 37weeks5 days. One your babies are here, all this misery will be behind you and you'll know it was all worth it.

Wow! I can't believe everything you're going through! I feel so bad for you! BUT - just think - all these sacrifices you're making for your baby already makes you a FANTASTIC mother!
You and your babies are in my prayers!
May they keep cooking as long as possible!
By the way... my MIL always says that hospitals are no place for sick people. I totally agree! (not that you're "sick", but just that you'd rather be home!)

Just saw your update.
First of all, you DEFINITELY can complain that you've been in the hospital for 10 days!!!!!!!!!!!! That's a long time. Just because others may have been there longer doesn't mean anything.
I'm glad there is a plan to try to take you off the mag sul, I think you'll feel a lot better if they can find something that works.
Dragging the mag sul pole with me to the bathroom was a royal pain. I had trouble reaching to plug it back in, so every time I went to the bathroom I had to buzz the nurses. Yep, that was just about every hour and a half like you. They must have loved me! 
I'm currently on 10 mg of procardia every 6 hours. One of the nurses said that some people are on 20 mg. I hope it works for you this time!

I was in the hospital for three weeks...
Double dose of procardia was the magic touch for me! Being off the mag feels so awesome right?!
Just being able to wear your own clothes in hospital (other than washing my hair) made such a diff.
I got released at 35 weeks and three days...and am still preggers three days being off the procardia! (I'm 37 weeks now)
Oh, I was really hot on the mag but on the procardia I got really hot too and had slight cramping around the time I had to take the medicine-took a bit of getting use to and not panicking it was contractions.

Is ok to deliver them now, is just that they will spend more time in the NICU. Most triplets are delivered between 32 and 34 weeks. 36 weeks is full term for triplets. The longer I keep them in, the better chance that they will either come home with me, or spend only a week at the NICU.
