I'm so sorry! Unfortunately it's not uncommon. I just lost one of my feral kittens Saturday, it was a very similar situation to yours. The other 3 kittens had all died, you can only assume there was a congenital defect in the litter. You did a wonderful thing by helping her and she wouldn’t have survived as long as she did without your help. She certainly lived her short life with a lot of love from you and comfort instead of out in the elements!
