UPDATE: Thank you all for the help and compliments...the final decision is posted and purchased!!
The bed is a vintage velevet...I'm between this color and a natural/ivory color. So the darker color is on top and lighter on the bottom of this post. The wall behind the bed is going to be a blue from our bedding and the rest of the walls a soft ivory/cream. I am torn because the bedding looks so nice with that ivory bed in the pic. I do have a cleaning person that will vacuum the bed every other week. Thoughts?? Image Attachment(s):

Love the furniture and bedding.
I like the color you chose...plus a lighter color would get so dirty.

Everything is from Restoration Hardware.
I have a big bedroom...so next up is I need two chairs and a bench for the end of the bed...I'm on the hunt and will be posting more for opinions! This stuff we are ordering tomorrow...I just get nervous before big decisions...so wanted a few extra opinions.

I love everything. Personally, I prefer the look of the lighter colored bed, but they are both so nice. I would think it wouldn't be that hard to keep it clean, I would just make sure that no pens, markers, red wine go near it. Is it possible to get it cleaned if necessary? I would think that carpet cleaning companies could clean it the way they clean chairs & sofas. Definitely post pics when it's all done. I have a very similar bedding set and can't wait to get new furniture, but I'm not sure what I want. Maybe seeing yours will help.

I still like the darker one. I think it goes better with the stain on the furniture
