Updated! Tell me what you think of this menu - having a small "party" for DS who turned 2

DS just turned 2 and due to my grandmother passing away and DS getting sick, we didn't have a party.

We will be celebrating on Saturday but it will be low key and just a few people.

8-10 adults
4 toddlers
2 infants

I need some serious last minute help with the menu, here's what I'm thinking:

Munchies:
guacamole and chips
something else I'll get a TJ's or BJ's

Food:
a veggie hero sandwich (mozzarella, eggplant, red peppers)

another hero (probably chicken cutlet)

hot mini party rolls (chick parm, sausage peppers, pepperoni)

cole slaw
macaroni salad
green salad

Kids food:
baked pasta (a la vodka or baked ziti)
chicken fingers

Dessert:
birthday cake
ice-cream
cut fresh fruit
black and white cookies (in blue and green to match Super Why)

For the kids to munch I'll have some goldfish crackers, pirates booty, puffs,

What am I missing for both adults and the toddlers?

I have 2 days!!!

Baked Ziti or some type of pasta for the kids ..b/c most eat pasta and for people who dont want a hero.

A tossed salad.

Fruit salad for dessert.

Are the heros going to be 3ft each? I don't think you need that much.

Yeah, 3 foot heros. (supposedly each feed 12 people) Does sound like a lot. Maybe they make 2 foot heros.

What would you take out?

What would you add that the toddlers are likely to eat?

Thanks!

I think that's way too much food. I don't think you need heros AND hot food. The kids can get the chicken fingers and the adults can eat heros. Plus you have a ton of appetizers.

I would do the chicken hero over the eggplant one. A tray of baked ziti. Chicken fingers for the kids. Some chips and dip, guac, and maybe pigs in a blanket (always a huge hit!) Get an eggplant roll, and a sausage roll on the side if you want.
